It all started with a family recipe…

Hi! I’m Dara,  founder of Miss Mandel Bread. Growing up, I always looked forward to celebrating the holidays with family and enjoying the food and recipes that have become family traditions. I knew I wanted to create something special with my family’s mandel bread recipe, which has been passed down through generations. This recipe is a favorite of mine and I want to share it with you! So, I spent many months perfecting my mandel bread techniques, recipe testing and tasting for new flavors. Utilizing my business skills, I launched Miss Mandel Bread in September 2016 and turned my dream into reality.
