What is mandel bread?

Mandel bread is a twice baked cookie. It is baked once, then sliced and toasted on each side of the cookie. It is very similar to Italian biscotti, but not as hard. Traditionally, it is shaped in the form of a loaf and is made with different fillings.

Is Miss Mandel Bread nut-free for allergies?

All flavors are nut free but all mandel bread is made in a facility with nuts and may contain traces of nuts.

What is the shelf life?

Enjoy Miss Mandel Bread for up to two weeks or for months in the freezer (they taste just as good cold)!

Do you use preservatives in your mandel bread?

No. Miss Mandel Bread is made with all natural ingredients.

Can I include a personal card in my order for special occasions?

Yes, you may! Mandel bread makes a great gift, especially for the holidays, so we’re happy to include personal messages. Write your message, using the message feature when placing your order.

Yes! Delivery is available in south Florida. See delivery schedule below:
